HOW SOON SHOULD I APPLY IF I WANT MY PETS TO BE INCLUDED?

 

ASAP- we anticipate a high demand and spaces are limited so please apply now should you wish to be considered.

 

HOW DO I APPLY TO HAVE MY PET INCLUDED IN THE SHOOT THE DOG COFFEE TABLE BOOK?

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF MY APPLICATION?

 

Shoot the Dog Photography will call or email you within 5 working days of receiving your application online to discuss your application and get to know about your fur-models.

 

WHO WILL BE CHOOSING THE PHOTOGRAPH TO BE INCLUDED IN THE SHOOT THE DOG COFFEE TABLE BOOK?

 

Selection of the images to be included in the book will be made strictly by the design team at Shoot the Dog Photography & Publications. This is because we need to ensure that the images selected work well together & the book on a whole as a nice flow & style.

 

DOES THE ENTIRE PARTICIPATION FEE GO TO Animal Rescue?

 

Yes- 100% of the $100.00 participation fee goes to selected Animal Rescue groups listed.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE PHOTOGRAPHY OR WALL ART OF MY PET/S AFTER THE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION?

 

Yes of course, while participants are under no obligation to do so, we know that you will be wrapped by what we capture and create for you so you may wish to consider having these beautiful photographs on your walls at home to enjoy daily. After the photo shoot you will be given the opportunity to view and purchase photographs and or wall art from our studio, make sure to have this scheduled.

 

HOW MUCH WILL THE BOOK COST?

 

This exclusive, full colour and hard cover coffee table book will be available to purchase for $150.00 (note: shipping will be additional cost)

 

HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A COPY OF THIS BOOK?

 

This book will have a strictly limited edition print run. All participants will have the opportunity to pre-order a copy of the book once we have completed the photography and design stage (approximately 18mths) , therefore you will receive emails from Shoot the Dog Photography to purchase your own exclusive copy.

 

DOES MY PET NEED TO BE A RESCUE PET?

 

No, not at all, all breeds and fusions are welcome to be included in the photography session.

 

HOW MANY PETS CAN I HAVE IN MY PHOTO SHOOT FOR THE BOOK?

 

Up to three pooches per session can be included from the one family. However, if you have more pets than this please contact us to see if your brood will fit into the vision of the book.

 

I HAVE TWO DOGS I WANT INCLUDED, DO I NEED TO PAY A PARTICIPATION FEE FOR EACH PET?

 

Not at all, as communicated previously, up to three pooches per session are allowed per page from the one family, the participation fee guarantee’s your pets inclusion in the book, the studio session is donated by Shoot the Dog and Shoot the Dog Photography & Publications.

 

WHERE AND WHEN WILL MY PHOTOGRAPH SESSION TAKE PLACE?

 

Photography sessions will take place in at selected studio or outdoor locations in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney at a time scheduled.

 

WHEN WILL THE BOOK BE AVAILABLE?

 

Once we have reached the target quantity for each book (approximately 200 sessions) the book is then designed, email notifications are sent for pre-purchase of the book, once all orders are taken the book production proceeds, this can take 18 -24 moths approximately from commencement of each Book Volume.
